The Scrabble School Preservation Foundation
announces its 2nd Annual Black History Celebration
at the historic Rosenwald Scrabble School.
Saturday, February 11, 2012, from 2-4 p.m.

Speakers: Reverend Reginald Green,
who in 1961 participated in the Freedom Rides that challenged
Jim Crow segregation laws on interstate buses,
and Cleo Coleman of the Rosenwald School in Port Royal, VA.
Musical offerings by the Unity Choir.
Heritage soup supper to follow.
Event is free & open to the public.
